Please avoid this brand is you like good customer service.
I decided to write a review as I’ve been impressed by GoVype.com’s service for a while and thought it was about time I said so! Bewildered by the bad reviews here, as this hasn’t been my experience as a long-term customer. Perhaps it’s because we’re usually more inclined to review if there’s a problem? One idea would be to send all customers an automatic review-request email, shortly after the expected delivery date. This would have the benefit of producing a better mix of feedback, as folk are always happy when they’ve just received their order ;)
Anyway, I’ve been ordering from here every few months for 1-1.5 years, and always pleased with the products and service. They’ve way more choice of flavours than the supermarket, plus spare filters.
Website is easy to navigate and free, tracked 2-5 days delivery! In this day and age, free delivery is unusual and much appreciated! (You can also pay for next day if you wish.) I tend to order the 2-5 day delivery in advance of running out, and orders are always dispatched within 1 working day.
There’s only been one delay with delivery, but was well dealt with. In October 2020, order hadn’t arrived after 5-6 working days and tracking not updated since dispatch, so I emailed customer service. No reply after 1-2 working/3-4 calendar days, so was slightly concerned as I was running out, eeep! I appreciate though that A/W 2020 has been very busy in retail, due to the combo of Covid and Christmas. After a follow up, customer service replied straight away and reshipped my order for free, with an upgrade to Next Day shipping AND some free eliquids! I was hugely impressed with this, as I realise that the fault lay with Yodel/Covid-19 postal delays, but Vype made good and more than made up for the shortfall.
My most recent order on 22nd Dec automatically had FREE Next Day delivery and actually did arrive on 23rd! Phenomenal service, given how crazy the post has been recently!

I bought the subscription to get delivery of my cartridges once a month for a full month supply. Well low and behold the the delivery took ages and I was out of cartridges for days. You'd expect that they would ship these out pre-emptively so that they arrive at the time you would expect but no every delivery is late.
Ordered products from govpype on Monday, products were delivered by Wednesday even though I opted for the standard delivery which says it can take up to 2-3 days
Secondly my order was packaged very nicely in a very small box which could fit in my letter box, makes a change from all the large boxes some companies use with a small item in it.
Poor service - ordered cartridges for epen 3 on 27th Jan (with next day delivery), money taken on 28th, nothing arrived by 4th Feb, so I emailed customer service - got the standard email saying they would respond within 24 hours - eventually responded 3 days later..
Response was 'a query has been raised, if not resolved in 48 hours a replacement order will be dispatched' - I won't hold my breath, if 24 hours in Vype world is actually 72 hours then I should expect a replacement order in about 3 years...
Avoid buying direct from Vype, stick to buying at the shop... even better - use a different company.
I’ve been smoking vype for almost a year now, and I am disappointed with the amount of fake products that are being sold, scamming customers. Tesco were selling these flavourless (not even any nicotine) in these pods - tropical mango is a strong nice flavour. Yet a lot of these stores have been selling watered down pods, I’ve taken pictures and videos. This is a complete scam. Don’t buy from them directly either! They provide the same thing!! How can you sell fake products to customers!!! This is a complete scam and hope they get caught soon. SOMEONE NEEDS TO TAKE VYPE TO COURT FOR SCAMMING PEOPLE.
I just got a go vype epod I stopped smoking using heet sticks and a vape which allways tasted like burning have painful hands and is hard filling changing coils total nightmare heets are expensive worked and easy but costly not found anything as good yet but i absolutely love this go vype epod it's so simple to use and easy with my painful hands the magnetic connection is outstanding slim easy to hold it ticks everything tastes good i prefer a sweet taste not bitter woyld be my only critisism but no horrible burning taste with the other capes can get don't need any effort to get vape out so easy I love love love it!! I just hoping it's not costly to use one cartridge with it and device for 10.00 so not expensive to try and I'm super impressed and I hard to impress genius invention to whoever invented it he or she is a genius
I had a faulty product. It got replaced. (Replacement delayed due to no stock) replacement broke in a few days. Not a single word from customer service for about 2 months. Most excruciatingly painful customer journey. I just want my money back, and to never have to deal with this company again.

I was very surprised a managed to pick up an ePen for 99p. After using it for a week I am only shocked it wasn't completely free. The nicotine salts are awful. Firstly, they dry your throat out and cause soreness and reddening on your tonsils. This is what you get when you use cheap and poor quality salts. The flavours themselves are decent.
Secondly, my device stopped holding a charge for more than 1 few hours with minimal use. At present it has to be connected to the wall to work at all.
CUSTOMER SERVICES WERE NICE however. They were communicative and polite. if I had spent more than 1 pound on the device I would demand a refund.
Product is generally good and you can get refills in most supermarkets.
The online shopping experience is dreadful. Website is slow and doesn’t always work but worst of all is the delivery. They use Yodel which are the biggest waste of a delivery company on the planet.
Will not be using the online shop again is other online retailers provide Vype parts and you get them delivered on time.
You can't rely on Vype to quit smoking if they take one week to deliver their stuff.
Other providers take 2 days max, and many are able to have next business day delivery for free.
Vype is just trying to make money, not to help people quit smoking.
Shameful.
Amazing flavours (very berry is just delicious) looks so smart too! It helped us to stop smoking cigarettes for almost a month now. No cravings for cigarettes. They have great customer service too! Really recommend 100%!!!!!
Vape is nice but regularly leaks into mouth which is annoying and disgusting
